What causes accounts to become disabled or locked?

How do I Request the Distribution Form?

TRPC makes the entire process asking for distributions from the plan paperless. Participants can only request the kinds of distributions permitted by the plan document. These typically comprise any of these:

  • Termination
  • Hardship
  • In-service (i.e. the age of 59 and 1/2 )

Participant Actions:

  1. The user must sign into their account at trpcweb.com
  2. Choose Request a Distribution from the "Transactions" menu on the horizontal toolbar.
  3. Follow the step-by-step directions.
  4. Sign the request electronically.

What can I do to make rolls into my pension plan?
If you'd wish to merge your retirement savings into your current Retirement Plan after your Plan Administrator has confirmed to you that the rollover is in accordance with respect to the current Plan you can do these things:

  1. Complete a Request for Rollover Form. To receive a copy this Request for Rollover you must log on to our site and click "Forms" under the Report/Forms drop-down menu. Select "View Forms" on the lower right side of the page, and then click "Rollover Money Into Your Plan". You will then be able to choose you want to either save the document or print it out. documents. (Follow the directions within the template)
  2. Request a withdrawal form from the custodian or trustee of your previous qualified retirement plan or IRA.
  3. Our interoperable voice response unit allows you to hear the information on your account all day long all week long. In addition to listening to the information on your account, you are also capable of initiating transactions. Through 1-888-673-5440, you can access the tools needed for managing your retirement accounts.

Account View and Account Transactions for the Internet and Voice Response Unit (VRU)
We've provided an overview of options available on the Internet and Voice Response Unit. Note that there are many different transaction and account views are included below. 

For a complete explanation for both the voice-response as well as Internet capabilities, please request an FAQ from your human resources department. If you encounter any difficulties, contact our customer support number at 1-888-673-5440.

account information: This option allows you to listen to (VRU) and view (Internet) your balance in the last valuation date. You may also want to view or hear your balance on a per fund and/or per-source basis.

PIN Change It allows users to modify your personal identification number. Be aware change of your PIN in the Voice Response Unit will not change your PIN number for use on the Internet site. It is vital for the very first time that you call the VRU or sign into the Internet site , you modify your PIN.

investment information: The option lets you listen (VRU) or see (Internet) the investment decisions. You can also change your investment choices. Be aware to note that changing the investment preferences only affects your future contributions. If you wish to alter the balance of your account, you need to select"Conform" to the "Conform Ending Balance" option.

Information You Need to Know Prior to Entering a Transaction

Market Value of Your Account
The amount that your balance fluctuates every business day in order to reflect the fluctuations in the investment market. The balances will be calculated at the end of the day's previous business or the date that the when the most recent prices were received. 

Be aware that for dates where there is a time when the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is closed the balance of your account will be based on prior day that the NYSE was in operation. If your plan is valued less often than every day the amount the balance of your accounts will reflect based on the value from the latest valuation cycle.
