To the extent permitted by law, you agree to any communication we send to you, which may include but not limited to announcements, notices, agreements and confirmations, accounts statements or any other information that is required to be in writing, as required by applicable laws, can be sent to you electronically and that this electronic delivery is instead of a written communication.
In accepting this Agreement and registering for Internet Banking, you have shown your capability to have access to and to keep the information provided to you and have agreed to receive all future disclosures electronically. You will be deemed to have received any communications sent to you via email if they are made accessible to you via your email address on record. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any changes to an email address.
To be able to print, view, access or keep electronic messages connected to Internet Banking, your computer system must satisfy the following specifications:
- Internet access as well as an email address
- Minimum browser: Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Inc. Safari and Google Chrome;
- Cookies & JavaScript enabled;
- Your browser should support HTML 4.0 and 128 bit SSL;

This step requires the user to input a confirmation number that you receive either through an incoming phone call or an SMS text message to the phone number you entered at the time of enrollment. If we don't have a number in our database then you will be required to answer a set of questions to confirm your identity. The normal fees charged by your service provider will be applicable to SMS and phone messages that confirm the message sent to your mobile.
It is recommended to keep a copy of a paper or an electronically-copied copy of the Agreement as well as any other disclosures you receive for your files. To keep the digital copy of any communications mark the content of the communication , and then make use of the copy command. After that, open an application like Word or Notepad and use an option called paste to copy the contents from the Agreement into the program, and save the message to an appropriate file.
If you want to request records of your account and we can supply them, there could be charges as described on the Service Fee Schedule which was provided to you at the time you signed up for your account. You are entitled to cancel your request for electronic communications. If you choose to cancel your request, Internet Banking and Bill Pay (if applicable) Services will be terminated. We do not charge an additional cost to process your withdraw of consent. The withdrawal of your consent will become valid only after it has been given a fair amount of time to consider your request. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or end electronic delivery of documents. We will notify you of any such change or termination. an announcement of any such modification or termination, in accordance with the law.
To modify the email you use to send messages, go to your Customer Service tab after logging into Internet Banking and then select on the Manage Information link. Information link.
You agree and understand to the Federal Electronic Signatures In Global and National Commerce Act apply to this Agreement.
By clicking "I accept" and signing up for Internet Banking, I affirm I own the required hardware and software as described above in order to access and save the disclosed disclosures in electronic format. Additionally, I authorize Bankers Trust to enroll me in the Internet Banking Service and, in the event that I choose to as a payment option, to enroll me in the Bill Pay Service. I accept all the conditions and terms of Electronic Disclosure and Consent as stated in the preceding paragraphs.
Bankers Trust Internet Banking and Bill Pay Service Agreement and Disclosure
Bankers Trust hereby publishes the following Agreement and Disclosure (the "Agreement") for the access to the Internet Banking Services (the "Services"). In this Agreement the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to Bankers Trust. "You" or "your" mean the account holder(s) as well as anyone who registers for and/or utilizes the Services. "Account" or "Account" is the name you use to refer to the account(s) with Bankers Trust, and may include deposit accounts like savings and checking accounts as well as your credit and loan accounts. "Business Day" means any day with the exception of Sundays, Saturdays and federal holidays.
MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES
Bankers Trust reserves the right to alter the terms of this Agreement as well as the fees applicable and charges at any point, and effective after 30 days from the date of notice to you by postal mail to the address you provided us with either via email or when you access the Services in the event that the immediate modification is required to safeguard that the safety of Services. RELATED TO OTHER Agreements
Except for the specifics in the present Agreement All Services will be subject to conditions and terms set out in Bankers Trust Consumer Terms & Conditions as well as the service Fee Schedule which was provided upon request at the time that you created an account at Bankers Trust account. The Services are as follows conditions:
The terms or directions that are displayed on screen while using the Services;
The rules and regulations of any transfer system that is that is used in conjunction with the Services as well as
State and federal laws and regulations.
In addition, you acknowledge to the conditions and terms stated in this document apply to accounts that are held for household or consumer purposes only. Accounts used for business use must be subject to conditions and terms stipulated in Commercial Terms & Conditions, and are not covered by protections for consumers.
SUPPORTING EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE AND SUPPORTING EQUIP
The sole responsibility of you is the upkeep and operation that your system performs. We cannot be held accountable for any failures or errors due to malfunctions of your computer or for any virus or issues or changes that could occur due to the usage of your computer. To safeguard your personal and bank information, we suggest that you keep your computer's updates up to date and install and update whenever necessary, firewalls and anti-virus and anti-spyware programs.
SERVICES
We provide the Services to allow you to make queries to transfer funds between accounts, monitor transactions, view and utilize Bill Pay and pay third-party vendors and stop payment orders and interact electronically with us through your personal computer or the Internet.
You acknowledge that the following use for the Services are strictly forbidden.
- Unauthorized transmission of any charge or credit card information to anyone else or an company
- Unauthorized disclosure of any information pertaining to any password or online access code, access number, or identification, or any other information that is proprietary to another individual or entity (other other than co-owners)
- Utilization of the Services to copy or transfer copies of copyrighted content belonging to any other individual or entity, such as Bankers Trust, except to the extent that the owner has granted explicit written consent to you for such activities.
- Communication of any offensive or defamatory materials or information , including but not restricted to material posted on bulletin boards or using the use of electronic mail (email) at Bankers Trust
- Utilizing the Services in contravention of any telecommunications postal, postal, or other local or federal rules or laws of your country of residence or the United States or in furtherance or the commission of any crime or any other unlawful or illegal motive
- Utilizing the Services to conclude or attempt to complete transactions involving countries that are sanctioned from the United States government and Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) or any other act which is in violation of regulations of the Office of Foreign Asset Control Regulations
