(NYSE: VOYA) today announced that it's made improvements in the Voya Retire mobile application that provides the participants of its retirement plans with access on their mobile devices to the entire Voya participant experience.
Beginning with a more user-friendly login experience, the newly improved Voya Retire app offers a simple homepage that includes a global navigation menu. This makes it easier for participants to track and manage their retirement accounts with the ease of their mobile.

The changes are coming at a time that more and more people are turning to digital platforms to meet their retirement planning requirements. According to Voya retirement plan data for participants that digital engagement in 2021 grew by 14% from 2020 and more than 100 million interactions were recorded.
With an eye on a digital-first strategy Voya's upgrades to the mobile app experience are putting frequent participant actions at the forefront of the app to provide convenience and speedy access in the palm of the user's hand.
This is a way to enroll into a retirement plan right via the app as well as offering access to all Voya's myOrangeMoney features including loan-option modeling, scenarios for savings for retirement, health care and more information about special financial planning for people with disabilities.

Voya's mobile app improvements feature the global navigation menu which helps users to act, including the option for users to "Get Professional Advice" where users can access managed accounts, provided by their employers.
The app also gives the ability to access Voya's collection of financial wellness information, which includes Voya Learn in-person and on-demand education sessions. To further assist in the ever-growing choice of the use of electronic delivery to communicate with participants, users of mobile apps are also able to review quarterly statements as well as confirmations of transactions directly from the application.
